Jumeirah Golf Estates (L.L.C) is the official master developer of the iconic community, Jumeirah Golf Estates (JGE). With the restructuring of the Dubai World holding, the company is now 100% owned by the Government of Dubai and specifically owned by the Investment Corporation of Dubai.

JGE consists of over 1,500 villas, townhouses and apartments arranged into more than 20 elite gated subcommunities. 75% of all properties overlook the golf courses. The remaining 25% have views of numerous lakes and lush green landscapes.
