Sirdhana is a prestigious residential project from Emaar Properties on the territory of the elite Mina Rashid community. Construction began in 2019, and completion is scheduled for May 2024. The project’s name is in memory of the first ship moored in the port.

Sirdhana is a complex of four low-rise buildings., where you can buy apartments with 1-3 bedrooms and penthouses with four bedrooms. At the moment, public transport in the vicinity of Sirdhana is not developed, so you’ll have to use a taxi or a private car to visit hospitals and educational institutions. Within 10-15 mins from the complex are the iconic sights of the city –the Burj Khalifa, the Dubai Mall and the Dubai Fountain. The nearest DXB International Airport is a 15-minute drive away.
