Key features of Aster

Aster is a sub-community developed by Damac Properties, the largest construction company in Dubai. It is a growing community that meets the criteria for an ideal suburban area. Although the community is located far from the centre, residents do not have to often travel outside the area; as Akoya Oxygen has developed its infrastructure, there are many different amenities for a comfortable life.

The architecture

The architecture of the complex consists of two and three-store buildings. Residents will be able to enjoy ultra-modern, luxurious homes combined with good lighting. Daily life at Aster

As the community is still in development, many amenities are currently only available in neighboring areas. The nearest supermarket, Spinneys, is in Mira Town Center, a 15-minute drive away. When it comes to education, parents may want to consider several schools that are close to the center, Ranches Primary School, The Aquila School, Jebel Ali School and GEMS First Point School, which are well-educated schools within 40 minutes drive. The nearest medical institutions are Medicure Polyclinic, Al Lussily Health Center and Fakeeh University Hospital.

Transport accessibility

Public transport is not yet developed on the territory. Residents can use Jebel Ali – Lehbab Road and Al Qudra Road to quickly and easily reach the city centre. The community provides parking spaces and public parking for residents and guests.

Attractions around the area

The main attraction nearby is the Al Qudra Desert, where you can have a great time riding the sands on 4x4s and camels. The unique modern building of Zayed University is located in the neighbouring area. You can also have a great time with your family at the largest theme park, IMG Worlds of Adventure.
